What Jupelo keeps when you join the waitlist, why, who handles it, and how to have it deleted. For anything on this page, write to hello@jupelo.com.

What we keep

Your email address, when you joined, and when you confirmed it.

Why

To check the address is yours, then to write to you before Jupelo opens, with the founding price. We use it for nothing else.

We keep it because you asked to join. Giving it is your choice, and without it you can’t join. You can take it back at any time by writing to hello@jupelo.com, and we delete it.

Who handles it

Companies that run parts of the site for us:

  • Supabase, our database, which holds the waitlist.
  • Resend, which sends our emails and keeps each one for 30 days.
  • Vercel, which runs the site and keeps a log of its requests for a day.
  • Cloudflare, whose check that you’re a person reads signals from your browser, under its Turnstile privacy addendum.
  • PostHog, which counts visits and sign-ups under codes, never your email, with the country, region and city they came from.
  • Sentry, which records errors on the site, with the rough place it works out from the address that sent them.
  • Google, which holds our mailbox, when you write to us.

Our database, our emails, our counts and our error records are kept in the United States.

How long

If you don’t confirm your email, we delete it after 7 days. Once you confirm, we keep it until 30 days after the founding price closes, 3 days after launch, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies and visits

This site sets no tracking cookies. To count visits, our server turns your network address and browser into a code that changes every day, and keeps neither.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, by writing to hello@jupelo.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

When this page changes, so does its date.
